Copper-coated steel rivets, weld to body panel to replace OEM clips for metal trim strips and window trim. A restoration requirement.

Hardtop Conversion: Motor Guard offers an effective and economical way to install window channel trim rivets on vehicles using the rivet and trim clip method such as GM A, F & G body vehicles. This has proven more effective than previous methods such as pop rivets and threaded rivets as penetration of the sheet metal is not required, thus reducing the possibility of corrosion. Installed properly, Motor Guard rivets provide an OEM solution for the replacement of window trim rivets.
